Brooke Weston Teaching School was established in 2011 after being one of the first hundred schools in the country to be granted Teaching School status. We have forged partnerships with professionals across the East Midlands and beyond ranging from Universities to other teaching school alliances.
This partnership and expertise across the educational spectrum, allows us to develop and deliver a range of programmes for teachers, whether they are newly qualified in the profession or, at the other end of the spectrum, very experienced and seeking qualification for Headship.
Our teaching school staff comprises experienced professionals in their field who are passionate about delivering the best CPD we can. To access our training we offer 'one-off payments' where you can only pay for the courses you use, or alternatively you can become an ‘Alliance member’ where you pay a set amount (dependant on the size of your school) and can have access to a full training package; this approach means that every school, no matter how large or small, has an equality when accessing the professional development opportunities available at the Brooke Weston Teaching School Alliance. It also means that training programmes are made available at highly competitive rates for schools.
